Indiana Statewide Testing of Educational Progress (ISTEP +)
(ISTEP+) measures what students know and are able to do at each grade in levels 3-8 and grade 10. Based on Indiana's College & Career Ready Standards, ISTEP+ provides a learning check-up to make sure students are on track in their learning. Testing occurs in the spring and is given in two parts. The first is in February through March and is composed of written-response questions. The second part occurs in April through early May and is composed of multiple-choice and technology enhanced questions.

End of Course Assessment (ECA)
Aligned with Indiana’s Academic Standards these assessments are final exams measuring what students know and do upon completion of targeted courses Algebra I and English 10  Students in grade twelve who did not pass ECA are given two testing sessions per school year.

English Learner Assessment (WIDA)
The purpose of the English Learner assessment is to determine a student's level of English proficiency. The placement test, administered upon the student's arrival in the United States, is used to determine the EL services appropriate for the student. The annual assessment, administered in January and February, is used to determine the student's current level of English proficiency and for accountability purposes.

IREAD-3
The purpose of the Indiana Reading Evaluation And Determination (IREAD-3) assessment is to measure foundational reading standards through grade three. Based on the Indiana Academic Standards, IREAD-3 is a summative assessment given to all third grade students, that was developed in accordance with House Enrolled Act 1367

Accuplacer
The College Board's Accuplacer test is a computer-based placement test that assesses reading, writing and math skills. The Accuplacer test includes reading comprehension, sentence skills, arithmetic, elementary algebra, college-level mathematics and the writing test, Writeplacer.
