Seniors in their purple caps and gowns, gathered around the Soldier's Monument in Angola, Indiana

Last Friday, Angola High School Seniors celebrated their last day of school with the annual "Senior Walk" through the halls of all four of our elementary schools and our middle school. It was a culmination and celebration of their thirteen years of education, and it was a chance for our younger students to see the graduates and see themselves in that place one day. Many of our students have been in the district their entire educational career, and it was a chance to see that special sixth grade teacher or first grade teacher again. A few happy tears were shed by students and staff alike!

Tonight, our seniors will walk across the stage at graduation and move on to the next stage in their lives, some in the workforce, some with college courses, and some full-time in the military. Whatever the future holds for them, we know they are ready to be successful young adults.

We invite you to the Angola High School gym this evening at 7:00 PM to celebrate our 172 seniors at commencement, and we hope to see you there!
