Steuben County Health Department Vaccine Clinic
For Incoming Kindergarten/Pre-K students
Get all the required vaccines for school without having to make an
appointment!
Date: March 14th, 2023 during Kindergarten/Pre-K registration
Hours: 8am-7pm
Where: Sign up your child for vaccines, when you arrive at the Central Gym
(same location as K/Pre-K registration, 403 S. Martha Street Angola, IN 46703).
After you are done with school registration, you will be directed to the health
department, just steps away from the central gym. You can pre-register if you
like, see instructions below.
Required documents are a valid ID and any health insurance cards.
If your child received any vaccines outside of Indiana, please bring a paper copy
of vaccines with you.
