New board member

Tom Caswell joins the MSDSC school board. This is Tom’s first time representing MSD of Steuben County as a school board member. Tom is currently employed by UPS working in Global Customer Solutions. He has been at UPS for 28 years. Tom received his
bachelor’s degree from Purdue Fort Wayne and his Master’s degree from
Indiana Tech. Tom is married to his wife Kelly and has two children, Kylie
and Tommy. Kylie is a junior and Tommy is a freshman at Angola High
School. Tom is excited to be joining the MSD school board and looking
forward to making a positive impact in the district.
