Summer is a busy time at MSD of SC for our Technology Department. The team has been busy upgrading our internet to 10 gig and installing new phones in all the classrooms and offices.

Today we set the first Montessori classroom up with the content study and biome curriculum at Pleasant Lake Montessori! So much cleaning, painting, and moving furniture has been done, and it is awesome to see the beautiful materials getting placed!
This week we have teacher leader teams from every school learning about the SIOP model and preparing to train their colleagues to support our English Learners. Big Opportunities for our limited English speaking students!
Five 2024 Angola grads completed the Indiana College Core (ICC) with 60 or more credits to earn associate degrees. The ICC consists of general education core courses that are part of the Indiana Core Transfer Library. Students completed the ICC through high school dual credits, AP courses, and Dual Enrollment opportunities with Ivy Tech Community College and Trine University. 20 other graduates completed 30 or more credits.
OPS (Optimal Performance Sports) spent the 2nd day at our football field. Todays session worked on speed and agility. Coach Thomas, Dr. Jason Russell and head trainer Zach Thiele lead the session. Great Job AHS Athletes and Thank You OPS!
